And how was it that half of the nominations in every comedy category were Modern Family? It's a funny show, but c'mon. Why didn't the Office ever flood the nominations back when it was funny?
Kate Flannery was stunning at last night's Emmys. She really knows how to enhance her coloring with her dress choices. Gorgeous.
Angela Kinsey too. So pretty.

This. A thousand times, this.
I agree. They should limit the number of nominees from the same show in every category. I love Modern Family, but other shows deserved to share some of the love.
Modern Family even had 3 of the 5 noms for Outstanding Director. That is just irresponsible.
Is Sofia Vergara providing voters with special favors? Because I can see how that would sway some people.
It's a funny show
Wrong thread.
Anyway, the idea that 99 dudes from Modern Family were nominated in supporting actor, and Nick Offerman wasn't, is ludicrous. I guess no different than when Brad Garrett used to win every year over the 5 guys on Arrested Development who were all better than he could ever even dream of being.
