This thread is reserved for all spoiler-free discussions and announcements regarding the show in the media (articles, interviews, etc).
You'll need to register first (it's FREE) and wait until the admin gets you approved. You'll be able to locate other Office cast interviews as well - Jenna Fischer (Carson Daly, Ellen), JK (Carson Daly).
Look for a Jim/Pam article in the upcoming issue of TV Guide (Feb. 27-Mar. 5, 2006). cooljammer00 at the GMMR forums has posted some scans from the article.
Thanks to Blake for the heads up.
There's nothing on the official website, but per tv.yahoo.com, Jenna Fischer is the headlining guest on Conan next Thursday night. Every other show in the week has three guests scheduled, but this one has just Jenna and a comedian, so I'm hoping she'll take up the time of two guests. Wishful thinking perhaps, but there's definitely plenty to talk about... Conan's cameo in "Valentine's Day," the show in general, and the pending release of Lollilove.
All the reviews I've read (mostly on indie websites) have raved about the movie, and the trailer was hilarious... and NOT the kind of comedy I'd expect from an innocent receptionist.
Sorry for the late notice. In the National Post (Canada) there was a full-page article on Dwight Schrute in the Arts & Life section entitled "The Man We Love To Hate: So wrong, and yet so Dwight". You can check out the article here
The Office is definitely receiving more attention lately- very cool.

Somehow I missed this until just now. This is spectacular news.
So, did anyone see John and Rainn on Ellen? I was disappointed that they didn't get more airtime.
I agree Trent. But the dancing was an awesome highlight. They should have a dance-off with Michael on the show, with electric slide, the running man, bunny hop, and some reggae. It'll be good times and a lot of viewers falling over their chairs laughing, or DANCING!
Michael: "Sometimes you just have to be the boss of dancing"
I don't know if this counts, but I came across this video from tv.com awhile ago. It's a montage of all the great aspects of The Office from The Dundies to the Christmas episode. I don't know if anyone's already seen this.

The song is Hot Hot Heat's "Middle of Nowhere".
Thanks Boss! It should be noted that it goes all the way back to the pilot. Some of the scenes seem awkward put to that music (that last scene from "The Dundies" has to be put to "Tiny Dancer," I'm sorry) but some things really work, like Dwight waking up in the office as the lyrics mention something about not being able to sleep for a month.
Looks like Greg Daniels is requesting a "supersized" episode for the Season 2 finale.
Wouldn't an hour-long season finale be just heaven?
GMMR was kind enough to send over this link of the Ellen interview with Rainn Wilson and John Krasinski. Dance off!

That just made my day.
Not much new here, but there are some interesting tidbits.
I hear ya, Jackie.
I've watched the Ellen appearance several times now. Check out these really cool icons of the Ellen visit -- adorable!
For those of you who get up this early (or set your TiVos ;-), Jenna Fischer is set to appear on "The Today Show" on Thursday, March 2nd. I'm assuming it's to promote both "The Office" and her new film, "LolliLove."
Jenna is also scheduled to be on Martha Stewart's show that same day (March 2nd). I just saw the commercial a little while ago. She also mentioned it in her MySpace blog. So that means on Thursday, she'll be on "The Today Show," Martha Stewart and Conan. What a long day. I hope she drinks many beers before she goes to bed that night.
And we get a new episode!
First we have a 3-week drought, and now we get an embarrassment of riches.
We fans deserve it, don't you think?
I usually never watch late night talk shows... not because I don't think they're funny or anything like that, but I just never get around to watching.
But Jenna AND Bob Costas on Conan? That's classic awesomeness.
Plain White Jim, me too, Conan is usually past my bedtime. But I made an exception when John appeared, and I'll definitely make an exception for Jenna, too. :)

zoinks, scoob! like, that picture of pam is like... lifesize!
The best part was reading that Rainn Wilson actually writes Shrute-Space, whereas the other TV show characters' blogs are written by staff.

Seriously! Other than the blogs written by actors from The Office, has anyone ever found blogs or MySpace accounts that are truly linked to and updated by the actors themselves?
Oh Jenna, Rainn, BJ, Angela, etc ... You are all reason #792,532 why I love The Office so much! :-D
"The Faces of Scranton" video by Michael Scott is up on NBC's site, as well as a highlights segment from the Valentines episode, for those who need a repeat. Or for those of us who may have forgot what happened in the last episode, since it has been so long.
Jenna has updated her TV Guide Blog.
** Warning, as always she provides spoilers for tonight's episode.
