Turns out Noro-virus can spread like a stomach flu or via contaminated produce. It's often what plagues cruise ships and, obviously, grade schools. So people often confuse it with food poisoning or a stomach flu. There's no difference, experience wise. I feel surprisingly good today, just 36 hours removed from the worst of it, so it's better than flu/food poisoning that way. But man, it was grosser than gross.

I learned about Norovirus this week, firsthand.

And you didn't even get a cruise out of it. Stomach flu is the devil's butthole.

I read all the Season 8 episode threads on my lunch hour today. Most of them were only a couple of pages, so it only took about 15 minutes.

I did this for Seasons 6 & 7 this week. While some folks bailed earlier, it's obvious that S6 was the downfall of this show. The threads for that run of episodes after the wedding you can just see people losing interest. Michael leaving in S7 just completed the job.

Puking is the worst. You always get to a point where you feel like, "no person can survive this." You're not even sure that you want to. Then, somehow, you do.

Not to minimize Bri's suffering, but did I tell you guys I puked on my birthday? I had just gotten back from a long weekend in Charlotte and then felt really bad. I was going to go home early, and was waiting on the street for my mom to pick me up - and I went back inside and luckily made it to the bathroom, where I barfed. A lot. And then again, later in the day.

You know, since we're talking about sick.

Now I feel bad for Toosie, and forgot all about Bri's problems. Was he late for work or something?

For me, Niagara is the natural endpoint for the show. I have a few friends/co-workers who've started watching on Netflix in the past couple of years, and that's where I tell them to stop. Not that it matters. I don't think any of them have made it all the way through Season 5. I guess that, after The Job, it becomes a show about nothing.

You should have stopped right there, apologized and gotten me a lemon Italian ice.

Sure, your puking sounded worse, but Toosie's was on her birthday. Plus, she's a girl, AND a southerner, so I instantly feel sorrier for her than for you.

Now you've made me regret puking in the first place. You ruined puking.
