When she eats a cucumber, does she spit the seeds out or swallow them?

Sep 2nd 2011

The first caller in is a lady asking about her cone flower.

Oh wow.

The second caller just called in and her first and last name is the same as an NA'er from the west coast.

And she just said "It's my first time so I'm a little nervous".

Sep 2nd 2011

Call and ask her if it's true that if you don't use it you lose it.

Sep 2nd 2011

Ah ha ha ha.

I've been wondering about something and I meant to ask last week or whenever, but I didn't and I'm not sure I should now, but I'm curious and this is the internet. So, screw it.

I think you guys know what I mean. What's the....hmmm....Answer?

Sep 7th 2011

I know exactly what you're getting at, so don't worry.

The answer is: about a quart, depending upon height and time of year.

Sep 7th 2011

Wait. Uh, what?

Sep 7th 2011

Ah ha ha ha ha ha. Bri. You're going to damage Toos.

Sep 7th 2011

Good Lord. I'd think a quart would damage anybody.

Sep 7th 2011

Toos, maybe like tablespoon or so, sometimes a little more or less.

Sep 7th 2011

Oh, ok. I think Bri must have thought I was asking, like how much water to take on a campout, per person per night. Or something.

Sep 7th 2011

Or how much maple syrup comes out of a tree.

Sep 7th 2011

Oh, yeah. That's probably it. Maybe he thought I meant Jinx when I said Daoust.

Sep 7th 2011

Clearly.

Sep 7th 2011

Oh, ok. I think Bri must have thought I was asking, like how much water to take on a campout, per person per night. Or something.

Well, duh.

Sep 7th 2011

I thought a quart sounded about right.

Sep 8th 2011 edited

It felt like a quart. I think I lost a couple pounds that night.

But Anque's answer is the more correct one.

Sep 8th 2011

The answer is: about a quart, depending upon height and time of year.

In that case, it might be a good idea to garden directly before the WW weigh-in.

Sep 8th 2011

That explains why men lose weight so much faster than women.

Sep 8th 2011

If I lost a quart every time, I'd weigh 75 lbs.

Sep 8th 2011

A quart weighs a tad over two pounds. You do the math...

Sep 9th 2011 edited

You don't know him, TTP. He could be enormously fat.

Sep 9th 2011

I think those are the two options.

it might be a good idea to garden directly before the WW weigh-in

I can hear ""Bri"" now, "C'mon honey, I've got a weigh in coming up." Any excuse will do, amirite?

Sep 9th 2011

He could be enormously fat. Also he could not spread his seed very often.

One of these might be correct.

Has this been linked here yet?

A movie about gardening tools

The trailer is hilarious.

Sep 22nd 2011

I guess it's not a comedy though. That Maggie Gyllenhaal, she takes some interesting roles.

I can tell you one thing, I'll never be able to look at a seahorse again without laughing.

Sep 22nd 2011

I would love to see that. Ever since I read about the 'treatments' for hysteria for women, I've wondered how in the hell something like that came about.

I guess I'm not addicted to gardening. Except for #2. What happens in my garden, stays in my garden.
