Will they, won't they?

James, is it OK to start a new thread? If not, go ahead and move this to the JAM conversation.

OK, so I think TV is plagued with "Will they, won't they?" relationships that string viewers along and ultimately taint otherwise good TV. After last night's episode with JAM ... I don't know, I'm just annoyed with the entire situation. There's a point where it becomes a "who-cares" situation. I think I'll stick to watching Michael-Jan and Dwight-Angela unfold.

So, here are a few relationships I hope JAM doesn't mirror:

  1. Amy and Ephram - Everwood

  2. Ross and Rachel (I plead The Office gods not to create a "break," a immaculately conceived baby or an airport scene.)

  3. Lois and Clark - " "

  4. Ed and the blond chick on "Ed"

  5. Yes, even BIG got old in Sex in the City

So, any others you guys want to add? Or, do you think I'm totally of base?

Hi, Cat Party. This one I think does belong in the JAM thread, thank you for asking. One of the main drawbacks of this forum software is that I cannot move comments from one thread to another, so I'll leave it up to you to repost your comment in the JAM thread.

This is the eighth oldest thread, heretofore closed and hidden by James for obvious reasons. Hopefully he won't mind me unsealing it at this late date for archaeological reasons. I find it funny that Cat Party came back some time in the next year and a half and changed her name before disappearing forever. I wonder what episode it was that got her dander up.

Excellent Modly Work, Bri.

Thanks! It must have been "Dwight's Speech".

Her last time here was November 2007 so I'm guessing the strike, but maybe it was "Survivor Man".

The carbon-14 date on this thread dates back to May of 2006! It's not often you find a specimen from this time period...it must have been accidentally preserved in sediments in the forum, or by a lava flow.
