It was funny, but I've forgotten most of it already. And I just watched three hours ago.
The Robert California wrestling in his house was a low point matched and beaten by the one line the writers must have felt they had to give BJ Novak. That guy isn't even trying anymore.
Yeah, Ryan as a character is a complete waste of time. His continued presence is just a reminder how far from "reality" the show has drifted.
Hey. Did you guys know that Steve Carell made a cameo in this episode?
If it's legit, that's pretty freaking awesome. Also awesome, he was on the Queerenstein Bears team.
I thought I recognized him when I watched the episode. But then I thought, nah. I don't get why he would bother to do it. He can't be bored already, can he?
Carell thought he had a position with Prince Paper, but that company is out of business. It was a mistake for him to walk out of a perfectly good job in this economy.
I'm still not convinced that was Carell. In fact I'm sure it wasn't.
Something like this might have dominated my day if it happened four years ago. Now it doesn't even dominate this particular mome--
If by "found" you mean "been asked to star in some," then, well, no, not that either.
Don't despair, Bri, at some point the pendulum will swing the other way and they will start casting for "smaller" stars.
So then my phone will finally stop ringing? Oh wait, do you mean like Peter Dinklage?
they will start casting for "smaller" stars.
I can't wait to hear the titles of those films.
Who do you believe, your lying eyes or some NBCU flack?
If I didn't have official word, I would have believed the tipster too. Perhaps we all want the Carell days back so badly, we're willing to ignore the trivia player’s receding hairline.
Swing and a miss.
