Last three episodes will be one hour long. It's like going to an old favorite restaurant where the food isn't anywhere as good as it used to be, but you get double portions.

Apr 29th 2013

You mean like one of those places where the wait staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable but the writers have stopped caring and the network has completely moved on?

Apr 29th 2013

wait staff is friendly

Well, they used to be, but now they won't hug their husbands, even when he's got her in a Kung Fu grip.

What a perfect analogy.

What a perfect anal

Sorry. I'm in seventh grade.

Wow. You know what a perfect anal is and you're in 7th grade? Kiddie perv! These NY kids grow up so fast.

but you get double portions.

That's what your mom considers perfect.

Fine work here, people. I needed a laugh today.

As did your mom.

This episode starts early tonight, I think. So if you're watching or recording, please take note.

May 2nd 2013

Three more episodes, huh? And all an hour-long?

Thought there'd more more old-timers dropping in. Maybe I should resurrect more gay porn threads.

Think of it like Lord Of The Rings. Except that Aragorn and Arwen don't love each other as much as they used to, and the viewers are the ones who get dropped into the volcano.

May 2nd 2013

So the fat kid would be Jar Jar Binks then?

Maybe I should resurrect more gay porn threads.

Huh? What? I'm here! I'm here!

That was the best episode of TO in years. Years.

So I get home at 8:15. I wait patiently for my husband to finish watching his stupid alligator show on the big TV downstairs, the one that's connected to the DVR, the DVR that has recorded the new Office episode that is just waiting for me to come and watch it. So he finally comes upstairs and I head down. I get comfortable in my cozy chair, pick up the remote, turn on the big tv, and find that he CANCELED the recording. He fucking canceled the recording so he could keep watching his stupid alligator show. Somebody stop me from killing him in his sleep.

That was the best episode of TO in years. Years.

This does not help his case.

May 2nd 2013

I didn't watch it, either. I was at my dad's parents' house with them, my mom's aunt, two cousins, one of their fiances, my parents, and my brother. And I forgot it was Thursday.

Just hulu it tomorrow, MISS.

Or never.

:-)

Won't be me stopping you. That's a killin' offense. Or you could just delete all of his future recordings...

As Toosie says, you can watch it online tomorrow. I loved it.

I forgot it was Thursday. Again.

Don't think I haven't considered this. As a matter, I'm half-assed watching tonight's Big Bang Theory right now and it's going to take all my inner strength not to click on "delete" when it reaches the end.

Just hulu it tomorrow, MISS.

Toosie, what part of big TV don't you understand? Who wants to watch a tiny laptop or an only slightly larger desktop computer when you have a BIG TV viewable from the comfy chair???

May 2nd 2013

Went to my daughter's middle school band concert. Got home at 10:30. Watched Parks. Off to bed.

I thought you said before that you can watch internet stuff on your tv?

May 2nd 2013

I think it only has Hulu Plus, and I'm not gonna PAY to watch it.

May 2nd 2013

Yeah, that's annoying.

(I'm going to bed now.)

May 3rd 2013

That was the best episode of TO in years. Years.

Except for the trumped-up Jim and Pam crap, I agree.

May 3rd 2013

Isnt the office on demand? You have a dvd but not on demand?

May 3rd 2013

Wow, people are raving about this on on the twitterz. I wonder if I could sneak a hulu view at work. Given that I'm literally surrounded by dozens of people who can see my computer screens, I'm thinking I'll need to pull a fire alarm or something.

May 3rd 2013

It really was good--vintage stuff.

May 3rd 2013

Fuck

May 3rd 2013

Not a bad idea, but people here would really notice that. Besides, my wife's at work.
